The Houston Area Urban League Young Professionals (HAULYP) is excited to host the 8th Annual Fundraiser, “Noir: A Night of Black Excellence” at The Garage HTX.  The event will bring together the City of Houston to raise funds in support of the Houston Area Urban League Young Professionals. On this night, we will celebrate and show appreciation for the accomplishments of our members and members of the community. Participants will have access to great entertainment, food, and networking. Join us in making Noir more than an event, but an experience!
