Teneshia Hudspeth

Teneshia Hudspeth is a native ofAustin,TXand has been an active member of HAULYP since 2009.  She has served on the Community Outreach and Civic Engagement Committees.  Teneshia graduated from theSchoolofCommunicationsat Texas Southern University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and is a 2010 Graduate of the Women’sCampaignSchoolatYaleUniversity.  She currently works in the political industry. In addition to HAULYP, Teneshia is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., and an active member of The Fountain of Praise Church.  In her spare time she enjoys concerts, plays, traveling, reading and spending time with close friends and family.

Community Outreach (Co-Chairs)
Vinnika Johnson and April Todd

Vinnika Johnson has been a member of HAULYP for nearly four years. She is currently serving her second-term as Community Outreach Co-Chair on the 2012 Executive Board. Prior to her role on the board, she served as an active member on the Community Outreach and PR and Marketing committees. Vinnika graduated from Texas Southern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She currently works at an international, integrated energy company. To no surprise, Vinnika enjoys volunteering at the company’s community outreach activities in her spare time and listening to her nieces and nephew update her on the latest kid trends. She enjoys spending quality time with her close friends and family and attending church at The Church at Bethel’s Family.

April Todd has been a member of HAULYP for almost three years. Prior to becoming Community Outreach Co-chair last year, she served on the Community Outreach and Professional Development committees. April graduated from University of Houston in 2007 with a Bachelors in Accounting and Certificate in Excellence in Selling. Immediately following she went on to pursue a Masters in Business Administration. She currently works in the energy industry. As a member of Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church, April serves on the Usher board and Annual Golf Tournament Committee. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends, family and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. sisters.

Fund Development
Courtney Taylor

Courtney Taylor has been a member of HAULYP for three years. She has served on the community outreach, professional development and membership committees. Courtney was also the Public Relations and Marketing Chair for the 2010 year. Courtney graduated from the University of Texas-San Antonio in 2008 with a Bachelors of Arts in Communications and Texas Woman’s University with a Masters in Business Administration. Courtney currently works in the media industry. Courtney is a member of several other associations, including the National Black MBA Association and the Houston Young Professionals Endeavor.  She is a member and volunteer at Lakewood Church and enjoys spending time with family and shopping.

Kimberly Ross

Kimberly Ross has been an active member of HAULYP since January 2011. She is a member of Community Outreach and Professional Development. She has volunteered at several events including the Homeless Mobile Outreach, YP University and the Speed Networking event. She is currently the team lead for the College and Career Fair for the fall edition of YP University and working on the planning team of the Youth Entrepreneurship Institute. Kimberly graduated from The University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a minor in business. She is currently a district manager for Kraft Foods in the Houston area. Kim is a native of Houston, Texas and is a member of Greater Macedonia Baptist Church.  She loves spending time with family and friends, running, reading, sports, (especially football) and shopping.

Professional Development
Marchelle Cain and Stephen Compton

Marchelle Cain has been a member of HAULYP since 2010.  She has served on the Professional Development and Community Outreach committees. Marchelle graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a Bachelors of Business in Marketing/Management and a concentration in Communications.  She currently works in the Energy industry. Marchelle is active in the Young Adult Ministry and Choir at Fountain of Faith Baptist Church, and enjoys live music, art, and community service in her free time.

Stephen Compton has been a member of HAULYP since January 2011.  He served on the Professional Development & Community Outreach committees.  Stephen graduated from Grambling State University with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology in 2006.  He currently works in the Energy industry. He is a member of Wesley AME Church where he is Co-Chair of the Youth Department and he is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated.  In his free time he enjoys Reading, Sports, and Exercise.

Public Relations and Marketing
Boi-Yeanoh Adams

Boi-Yeanoh Adams has been a member of HAULYP since 2011.  She is currently serving her first term as the Public Relations and Marketing Chair. Boi-Yeanoh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Rhetorical Science from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration with a Marketing concentration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She currently works in the Environmental Services industry. Boi-Yeanoh is a native of Sierra Leone, a huge Wisconsin Badger fan and enjoys photography and interior design in her spare time.

Jesse Greadington, III

Jesse Greadington, III has been a visionary of HAULYP since April of 2009.  He has served on the Community Outreach, Social and Cultural, and the Professional Development committees.  Jesse graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance in 2008, while attending OU he also studied abroad in Paderno del Grappa, Italy in the Consortium Institute of Management and Business Analysis.  He also has completed the Certified Financial Planning Certification Education Program at Rice University.  Originally from Tulsa, OK there is nothing Jesse enjoys more than exploring the world, which he does by traveling to a new country ever year.  He currently works in the finance industry.
